Dear customers,
Thank you for placing your confidence in HAPPY DREAMS Ltd. We hope that you will be satisfied with the product, which you have purchased, and will enjoy using it for a long time. High-quality materials and state-of-the-art technologies meeting all EU requirements have been used in the manufacturing of your product.
In accordance with the EU and the Bulgarian consumer protection legislation there is a two-year warranty period for the product, which you have purchased.

WARRANTY TERMS
Attention! The warranty period for your product begins as of the date of issuing of the Warranty Card. This Warranty Card is not valid if it does not bear the company’s stamp and the shop assistant’s signature. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, please, read your warranty very carefully  before contacting us.

The company, HAPPY DREAMS Ltd. provides warranty of 12, 24, 36. months for the product, which you have purchased.
Apart from the commercial warranty, Happy Dreams bears responsibility for any inconsistencies between the product purchased and the sales contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Each Happy Dreams’ mattress is manufactured on an individual basis due to which minimal variations in terms of size and shape are possible. A deviation of ± 2 cm is deemed admissible. The warranty applies to defects having occurred in the process of routine use within the warranty period due to a manual mistake in the manufacturing process or low-quality materials or components. Within this period the company shall recognize claims in the following cases:

  1. Deformed spring unit;
  2. Defects in the fabrics;
  3. Defects in mattress assembly;
  4. Deformations larger than 2 cm.

All transport costs are borne by the buyer. If the buyer avails himself of our warranty terms, the warranty period, having begun at the purchase, shall not be interrupted but for the time, needed to reach an agreement or for carrying out possible repair of the mattress. A new warranty period shall not begin either.

The warranty shall not cover standard changes in the rigidity of the mattress or the characteristics of the products, which do not affect their properties and do not render them unfit for routine usage. The warranty shall be valid, only if the product purchased is used and maintained in accordance with the instructions.

In the context of improper usage of the products, the warranty shall not be valid in the following cases:

  1. Unstitching of a seam on the mattress;
  2. Folding of the mattress / Improper transportation;
  3. Tearing, cutting, burning, puncturing, etc.;
  4. Exercising of strong pressure;
  5. Jumping on the mattress and the frame;
  6. Placing a mattress on the spring or another platform not designed for this purpose.
  7. Pollution with mildew stains (mould).
  8. Damaging the product as a result of poor maintenance, negligent usage or the like.

Upon filling a claim, the Warranty Card, along with the original invoice or the cash receipt, shall be presented as evidence of the purchase. You should submit the claim to the merchant, from whom you have purchased the product.

Please, keep the Warranty Card! It may not be re-issued.
